No movement, no experience required. Just you, lying down and being held in stillness.

(Times may shift slightly based on group availability — I’ll aim to make it as accessible as possible across time zones!)Each session includes a Yoga Nidra deep rest experience and time to reflect and connect — think of it like meditation, but even easier… you get to do nothing.
